Program Manager

Youth Assisting Youth (YAY) is seeking a highly organized, goal-oriented program manager to join our growing organization. As an experienced administrator with superior knowledge of family, child and youth issues and proven case management skills you will act as the prime liaison between program staff and upper management, leading and supervising the program team to the successful output and fulfillment of the organization’s goals and objectives.

Registered Nurse Lower Limb Preservation (LLP)

The Registered Nurse (LLP) will ensure effective and efficient program development and service delivery for the Central West Ontario Health Team Lower Limb Preservation (LLP) Strategy, operated through WellFort Community Health Services. The RN (LLP) is responsible for providing assessment, monitoring, counseling and navigation for clients accessing the Lower Limb Preservation Strategy Foot Care Program, who have been diagnosed with type 2 diabetes or pre-diabetes.

Collective Bargaining Support Assistant (Finance)

CUASA is seeking a Collective Bargaining Support Assistant (Finance) to assist in collective bargaining preparations. The CBSA will be tasked with supporting CUASA staff and volunteers in preparing financial analyses related to upcoming negotiations. Expected tasks may include analyzing and interpreting financial documents (including publicly available budgets and audited statements), drafting reports or statements on findings, and any other tasks that may arise.

The CBSA will be tasked with supporting CUASA staff and volunteers on various research projects related to upcoming negotiations. Expected tasks may include conducting research, interviewing members, drafting reports, and any other tasks that may arise.

Bookkeeper/Accountant

Reporting to the Executive Director, the Bookkeeper/Accountant at Concerts in Care Ontario is responsible for full cycle accounting for the organization including: recording income and expenses transactions, processing payments, processing payroll, conducting banking activities, producing various financial reports and regulatory filings, and preparing account reconciliations.

LINC Instructor

The LINC Instructor must be skillful and have experience in creating safe, inclusive, equitable learning environments that are free from discrimination. In this role, you will report to the Language and Skills Development Manager. You will design, implement, and instruct English as a Second Language classes in a LINC program based on the PBLA (Portfolio Based Language Assessment) guidelines.

Kitchen Assistant – Harmony Community Food Centre

The Kitchen Assistant is primarily responsible for ensuring the cleanliness of the kitchen and dining spaces and maintains appropriate health and safety measures for Harmony Community Food Centre. This position works closely with the Kitchen Facilitator, and works predominantly on Community Food Centre programs at 2 Gower St.

Fundraising Director / rice de la collecte de fonds

This part-time, hybrid/remote/in-person flexible opportunity has responsibilities that include securing gifts, grants, and funds from public and private foundations and corporations to support community radio stations. The Fundraising Director will be responsible for developing relationships with major funders, including meeting any reporting requirements, and ensuring that funds are expended for the agreed-upon project, program or purpose.
