The Parent Support Services Coordinator supports clients by facilitating tailored parenting courses, oversees the daily management of the Parent Support Line and coordinates the walk-in counselling clinic.

Program Supervisor, The Nook Children’s Program

The Program Supervisor is responsible for ensuring the safe and effective operation of The Nook Children’s Program, a nonprofit after-school, camps, and family support program in Toronto’s West End. The Program Supervisor oversees planning, coordination and facilitation of daily arts, literacy, recreation, and social justice programming in partnership with front-line staff members, volunteers, students, partners, and local families.

Senior Manager, Clinical Services

The Senior Manager, Clinical Services, in collaboration with the leadership table, is responsible for setting the direction and service delivery for YouthLink’s Individual, Family and Group Therapy. Reporting to the Director of Clinical Services and Live-In Treatment, and as part of the leadership team, this role provides leadership to YouthLink in service of the mission.

Child and Youth Counsellor (Contract – 13 months)

Within a solidarity model, Ernestine’s acknowledges the multitude of issues facing survivors of abuse and provides crisis intervention and a range of holistic services.

Job Developer

The Job Developer provides job matching and placement services to clients who require assistance in conducting their own job search due to poor work habits, market perception barriers or interpersonal skills. The Job Developer is responsible for building partnerships with employers in the GTA to create job opportunities for clients. The Job Developer plays a hands-on role with clients and employers, providing support and monitoring of placements to ensure job retention.

Youth and Family Therapist, Priority Access for Students (PAS) Program

The PAS team provides psychotherapy, and case management services for youth aged 13-18 and their families. Referrals for this program come directly from CTYS’ partnership with TDSB & TCDSB social work teams. PAS primarily utilizes an evidence-based attachment and family focused model of intervention – integrating lenses that are trauma informed, and prioritize equity, anti-racism, and inclusion. Services are provided primarily in person with virtual service available dependent on client needs.

Team Lead- Believe Support Services

The Day Program Team Lead at Believe Support Services oversees various programs catering to individuals with complex needs, focusing on life skills, empowerment, and community integration. Responsibilities include managing daily operations, coordinating staff and transportation, ensuring safety and satisfaction, and fostering a supportive environment for participants’ growth and independence. Qualified candidates should possess strong leadership skills, and experience in social services

Youth Outreach Worker

The Youth Gambling Awareness Program is an education and prevention initiative designed to raise awareness regarding youth problem gambling. It is a provincial program funded by the Ministry of Health and led by the YMCA of Greater Toronto, Lead Site, in collaboration with other YMCAs across Ontario. The current two positions are available, one for each region, and will service in Owen Sound, and Simcoe Muskoka. Please indicate the region when applying.
