Reporting to the Facilities Supervisor the Maintenance Worker will be responsible for supporting and performing facilities functions, such as maintaining office and residential spaces, coordinating services with vendors, managing facilities supplies and inventory. This role will be assigned to one of Lumenus’ designated multi-service sites.
The Building Worker position performs a full range of cleaning and minor maintenance tasks in, and around, civic buildings, with the goal of keeping buildings clean and maintained in a safe and healthy manner and notifies direct supervisor of the need for any building repairs and maintenance.
Position Summary: CCWESTT is seeking a dynamic, innovative and skilled individual to work in a collaborative, fast-paced environment. This is a part time contract position (approx. 18 hours per week) beginning immediately and ending March 31, 2026 with the possibility of increased hours pending performance and funding availability. The rate of pay is $35 per hour. The successful candidate will work from their independent office and be able to accommodate occasional travel.
